The Plumbing Foreman position serves as the essential part of successful plumbing system installs on our commercial projects as well as providing leadership and support on our sites.  Our foremen are responsible for ensuring a quality install for our customers and doing so by promoting safety at all times.

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to effectively and efficiently oversee projects $1,000,000+ with crew size of 10 or more
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, commitment, dedication, patience, and thorough knowledge of the plumbing trade is key
  • Consistently and regularly plan the installation in strict conformance with contract requirements and in accordance with company procedures
  • Provide a safe job site for you and your crew to work.  Uphold Moore's safety culture and procedures.
  • Must be able to manage coordinated and pre-fabricated projects
  • Ability to think on your feet and make decisions
  • Ability to manage more than one job at a time
  • Ability to handle stress and the pressure of the job
  • Be a training supervisor and mentor for your team
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to operate equipment as needed on site
  • Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office, Internet, Email
  • Knowledge of Bluebeam, Navisworks, and Smartsheet
  • Journeyman or Master Card
