Moore's is seeking a qualified individual for a Customer Service Representative.  This position will be responsible for helping our Commercial customers with service calls.

This Customer Service Representative should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a great reputation with our internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Consistent communication between our Service Technicians and our customers
  • Receive and dispatch a large volume of service calls
  • Prompt and consistent updates to our customers with their service calls
  • Starting the Work Order process and seeing it through completion
  • Starting and maintaining great customer relations

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills including email and phone etiquette
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task when needed
  • Able to work individually with a team-work mindset
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft products
  • Willing to assist and collaborate with others when issues arise
  • Clean driving record and dependable transportation
  • Call center experience a plus
